My story

My first career in information technology allowed me gain more than 20 years of experience in systems analysis, workflow optimization, project management, and technical training. Developing IT solutions for various industries, such as banking, energy, manufacturing, agriculture, education, textile, hospitality, healthcare, ecommerce, taught me to think in systems, to value evidence, and to build tools that make complex work simpler.

Later, a growing interest in human health, led me to learn biomedical sciences, research, and, ultimately, to Traditional Chinese Medicine. I earned my doctorate diploma at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture (PIHMA) and became a Licensed Acupuncturist in Arizona and a Board-Certified Diplomate of the NCCAOM.

My main focus is to practice integrative medicine by combining acupuncture, herbal medicine, targeted nutritional supplementation, and acupuncture point injections with evidence-based clinical approaches. My most confident topics on helping patients with complex chronic conditions, including neurologic, endocrine, gastrointestinal, immune, pain-related, trauma, PTSD, migraines, and age-related disorders.
